The Legendary Giveback is about more than just legendary music. It's about giving back to the community. This year, Cheerwine and The Avett Brothers have decided on three organizations to benefit from the Legendary Giveback. Pledge hours below to gain Livestream access to the Legendary Giveback II concert.
The Legendary Giveback II has concluded. Thank you to everyone who pledged their time.
Operation Homefront gives back by providing the families or our military service members and wounded veterans emergency assistance in times of need.
Big Brothers Big Sisters has been giving back for over a century by providing underprivileged children with mentoring opportunities that change their lives forever.
The Children’s Hospital of South Carolina at MUSC is proud to offer medical resources to children across the region of Charleston and the Southeast.
The Legend of the South has been bringing a smile to people’s lips since 1917. Created in Salisbury, North Carolina, Cheerwine is one of the oldest family-owned soda companies in the country, and we’ve been giving back in the Carolinas for as long as we can remember. So reward yourself for giving back with a glass of this tall, bubbly drink of good cheer.
Like Cheerwine, The Avett Brothers are Legends in the South, so it’s little wonder
that they want to help give back to the community that has given them so much.
Scott and Seth Avett hail from the heart of Cheerwine Country, growing up in
Concord, North Carolina. The Avett boys unique style combines folk, country,
bluegrass, rock and pop with a jab of punk-style dynamics here and there.
The Avett’s are backed by Bob Crawford on stand-up bass, Joe Kwon on cello, Mike Marsh on drums, and Paul Defiglia on keyboard and organ.
